A team of 8 experienced counselors (6 in Paris and 2 in Lyon), occupational psychologists and career coaches, provide individual, personalized support to people from all backgrounds, including salaried employees, civil servants, and independent contractors, in all sectors of activity.

SKILL ASSESSMENT

Skill assessment helps to identify opportunities for career development or career change through an analysis of values, interests, motivations, and skills, and to build a career plan with the individual; 24 hours spread out over 3 months.

CAREER ASSESSMENT AND COACHING

Career Assessment and Coaching services offer different types of assistance that correspond to the many different stages of a professional career, including career assessment, career change support, and post burn-out counseling. Licensed professional coaches generally work with individuals over periods of approximately 6 months.

CAREER COUNSELING

Career counselling services are available for junior high school, high school, and university students to assist them in preparing their educational and professional choices using questionnaires, job platforms, and meetings with professionals. After analysis, students are able to identify the most relevant programs and choices.
